As co-founder of Trinity Partners Commercial Real Estate, Kevin McIntosh has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in retail brokerage and development. Kevin’s background in real estate development has been in the identification and acquisition of sites for development/re-development, economic feasibility analysis and leasing. Mr. McIntosh also has an extensive brokerage background in tenant representation and project leasing of major retail centers across the country. His focus at Trinity Partners is tenant and landlord representation as well as identifying development opportunities, conducting feasibility analysis and the placement of equity and debt for projects. Prior to establishing Trinity Partners, Kevin was an Executive-Vice President and Partner of City Commercial Realty from 2002 to July of 2006 and focused on tenant representation and project leasing of upscale urban and suburban developments. Kevin began his real estate career with The Woodmont Company in 1995 working on large scale developments throughout the United States. Kevin graduated from Texas Tech University in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in economics.

Ryan McIntosh is a co founder of Trinity Partners Commercial Real Estate. Prior to forming Trinity Partners in 2006, Mr. McIntosh was employed with City Commercial Realty and specialized in tenant representation and project leasing. At Trinity Partners, Mr. McIntosh’s focus is retail brokerage, identifying and researching development opportunities, conducting viability analysis, project leasing, and tenant representation. Mr. McIntosh graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. Mr. McIntosh is married with two kids a son and daughter they reside in Dallas.

As co-founder and managing partner of Trinity Partners, Mr. Bowen has over 35 years of commercial real estate investment, development and mangement experience. His real estate career includes the development of more then 4 million square feet of retail and multi-use developments, in addition to office and commercial and single family lot development. Mr. Bowen began his real estate career with Henry S. Miller Co. spending nine years as project manager, portfolio manager and development partner. He subsequently spent three years with Hunt Properties and in 1993 formed a partnership with Eliot Barnett of Harvest Partners to develop single tenant and single anchor retail projects. As managing partner for Trinity Partners, Mr. Bowen is responsible for the day to day management of the partnership and the quality control and oversight of it’s development projects. Mr. Bowen holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, Texas real estate broker and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He and his wife Sandra live in Colleyville.

Andrew Scroggie is the Central Texas Partner with Trinity Partners Commercial Real Estate. In this position, Andrew specializes in land acquisitions, retail and restaurant tenant representation/site selection and development. Andrew has 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has represented many regional and national tenants including Aspen Dental, Pet Paradise, Salad and Go, Race Trac, Kriser’s Pet Supplies, Pet Suites, PS Storage, stayAPT Suites, IHG Hotels, Visionworks, Valvoline, NTB, Midas, Circle K, T-Mobile, Staples, Starbuck’s, David’s Bridal, MAD Green’s, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Swift’s Attic/Wu Chow, Glo30, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, Blaze Pizza, Flying Saucer/Flying Fish/Rodeo Goat, Taco Bueno, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Red Door Woodfired Grill, McAlister’s Deli, Club Car Express Car Wash, Summer Moon Coffee and First Choice Emergency Room.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Andrew was a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Austin, Texas (12 years). He also has real estate experience with The Weitzman Group (Austin - 8 years), Venture Commercial (Dallas), The Woodmont Company (Ft. Worth) and United Commercial Realty (Dallas). Andrew is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Golfing, skiing, boating, hunting and Longhorn sporting events with his family are his favorite hobbies and pastimes.
