Property: Forest Lane and Webb Chapel

Description:  In October of 2008 BOMAC Partners, Ltd., a partnership of Trinity Partners associates, acquired an existing Whataburger ground lease on approximately .664 acres and a vacant building on approximately .952 acres of land at the intersection of Forest Lane and Webb Chapel Rd in Dallas, TX for investment. While under contract BOMAC Partners marketed the location to various users and ultimately negotiated a ground lease with Comerica Bank. Comerica bank opened in 4th quarter of 2010. The Whataburger ground lease was sold to another investor in January of 2010. The Comerica Bank ground lease was sold to an investor in July of 2010.
